This sand-like material, ranging from 3/16” down to dust, also known as limestone sand, is produced by crushing limestone rock into sand-sized particles. It is ideal for use as bedding under and between pavers and patio rocks, as well as in animal barns. Once wet, it hardens similar to concrete, providing a solid and durable base.
